Terms of Service

In order to purchase products through Artisan Imagery's online store, you are required to provide valid payment information as required by the online store.  Our print suppliers may terminate your order for products if we are unable to process your payment information and you do not provide an alternative form of payment upon request.  

Due to the personalised nature of photographs and prints please note any orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

1/ A manufacturer defect is evident and reported within 48 hours (2 business days) from the date it was received.

2/ Damaged during shipping (contact the photo lab that has fulfilled your order to file a claim)

3/ In the event that the order received is materially different compared to the original, recorded order. It is normal for slight variations in colour to be present in prints and it is sometimes necessary for the print lab to crop images to fit your selected paper size.

Any images downloaded from this site are for PERSONAL use only. 

Due to the personalised nature of photographs all digital downloads are non refundable.

Commercial use is strictly forbidden without our prior written consent. Prices for commercial use are available on request.

Please contact us if you wish to use any of our images for commercial use in order that we can provide you with our terms of business and put an appropriate licensing agreement into place.
